Recovery  Procedure

Datasage will:

• Collect, at no charge, your problem media, at your preferred location and time (Mon-Fri, 11am to 6pm).
• Fill up the Evaluation Form on your behalf onsite. This doubles as your receipt and job reference.
• Provide Free Evaluation and formal Quotation within 1-2 business days of collection.
• Await your confirmation via email or fax to proceed with Data Recovery
• Provide Free Target Media (CD-R and DVD-R) for less than 20GB of recovered data.
• Offer you special pricing for new target disk for recovered data. Alternatively, you may provide your own target disk.
• Deliver, at no charge, your recovered data, at your preferred location and time (Mon-Fri, 11am to 6pm).
