You will never receive an Invoice with a higher amount than initially quoted. Should we underestimate our costs, we will absorb the difference in order to honour our commitment to you. In addition, Datasage absorbs GST. This means immediate 7% savings.

Datasage will collect, at no charge, your media within 4 business hours. After recovery, we will deliver the recovered data right to your doorstep free of charge. This benefit applies to Singapore customers only.

You should not need to fill in complex forms during a traumatic data loss. Relax and let Datasage take care of all that when we collect your media. We will fill in the Evaluation Form which doubles as your receipt and reference so that you don't need to repeat anything should you need to call. Just quote the form's reference number.
